Workplace reorganisation in practice: decluttering your office to reclaim valuable space

In the previous session we looked at decluttering your home office, but as more businesses are moving towards flexible ways of working, they are actively looking at options on how to reorganise their valuable real estate. Some organisations are looking at returning the workforce back to the office safely, some are moving to a different workspace, and some are closing their sites permanently and moving their people to work remotely or to local offices. 

In this video, Peter Long, who leads our Clean Start programme, will take you for a virtual walk through our own workspace and illustrate different ways of utilising valuable spaces. We will show you common areas we usually spot as opportunities with our customers, and will give you practical tips on how to “clean start” in the “new normal”.
