Compliance is at the centre of all that I do. It’s my job to ensure that my organisation understands and addresses all organisational policies and external regulatory requirements. I’m responsible for creating policies, ensuring employees have access to these policies and communicating the risk of non-adherence. I also have responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness of our contracts management process, ensuring we have visibility into the latest versions of our contracts and terms and they meet compliance standards. In doing so, I can help mitigate risk for the organisation and create a culture of compliance.
